BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS OF USE BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE. NEW YORK CITY LIMO SERVICE (‘COMFORT INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION INC.’) RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY, ALTER OR UPDATE THESE TERMS OF USE. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS OR UPDATES.

Terms & Conditions:

By placing a reservation with New York City Limo Service (‘NYCLS’) you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and future expressly authorize New York City Limo Service (‘NYCLS’) to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.

Refund Policy
All deposits made towards your limousine reservation(s) are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be able to use your deposit towards any future booking within one year of the original booking date. For airport and point-to-point transfers, all “no shows” are non-refundable

If you contact us to cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the greater of $25 or 20% of the quoted rate of the reservation. If you contact us to cancel less than 72 hours in advance, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be willing to give a partial refund in certain situations.

Liability

New York City Limo Service (‘NYCLS’) will not be liable for any cancellation or delay that is beyond our control. Including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather, family emergencies, incorrect flight information from the client or the booking agent, etc.

Reserve The Right

We reserve the right to cancel any service without refund if driver, or operator, feels renter is putting operator in danger, or is in possession of any illegal substance without exception.

Smoking is prohibited by law in livery vehicles and is grounds for early termination of trip with no refund.

Lost items

We are not responsible for any baggage, personal items, or anything else left behind by passengers in the vehicle. However please contact us if you have lost an item and we will return it to you if we have found it.

Vehicle damage/cleaning

Party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damage and/or cleaning charges incurred by the passenger(s), including but not limited to: vomit/sickness, drinks spillage, burns, upholstery damage, opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object, etc. Cleaning fees can vary from as little as $200 to more than $1000 depending on the level and location of contamination.

Deliberate damage to the interior or exterior of any vehicle will be charged at the cost of restoration, plus a 50% service fee.
